About massage therapy
Micheline Lecours has followed many patients at the clinic over the years, after several years of practice in a spa. She also worked for a few years as a gym trainer, so she can suggest exercises when they are useful.
Her approach starts with listening: understanding what you are looking for lets her target her work and offer a personalized massage, with your comfort as the priority.
Where muscle tension is part of a longer-standing pain problem, regular manual work sometimes runs alongside chiropractic care, in the same clinic.
Techniques offered
Swedish relaxation massage
Gentle, soothing strokes focused on overall relaxation of body and mind, for a moment of calm.
Therapeutic massage
Work aimed at specific areas of the body that need particular attention, with firmer techniques on areas of tension and discomfort.
Prenatal massage
Offered from three months of pregnancy. It aims to ease the muscle tension that comes with changes in the body and posture. Positioning is adapted to support your back throughout the session, and a health record is requested beforehand to tailor the massage.
Fasciatherapy
A slow, gentle technique dedicated to the fascia, aimed at restoring movement in muscles and joints. It includes passive mobilizations, always done with the patient's collaboration and in rhythm with their breathing.
Micheline Lecours also practises cranial therapy. The technique is chosen with you, based on your needs and preferences.

- Pregnancy
- Recovery and general well-being
Your massage therapist will tailor each session to your needs and comfort.
How a session works
Your first visit starts with a health questionnaire on your medical history, to make sure the massage suits your physical condition and to check for any contraindications. You then discuss what you are looking for and choose the techniques together. The massage takes place lying on a massage table, in a calm setting, with hypoallergenic oils and sometimes creams or essential oils. Advice, and sometimes a few exercises, may be suggested along the way.
